Return Policy

  1. We advice our customers to inspect the product carefully for damages upon delivery before signing the delivery document.

  2. There is a possibility of manufacturing defects or even the product being damaged during transportation,
    you have the right to reject the goods upon the delivery and we will schedule for another exchange.

  3. You also have the right to reject the product immediately if the piece delivered is different from the product description
    or picture you saw online.

  4. All products sold at www.pusatperabotanika.com will have five (5) days return policy. Returns must be done within five
    (5) working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you.

  5. All returned goods must be in its original condition and original packing and not installed and used.
    If returned product show sign of damages will be reject. All return purchased product buyer must inform us via email at
    perabotanika@yahoo.com within the five (5) days period from the date of good received. PUSAT PERABOT ANIKA
    reserve rights to reject any request made after five (5) working day from the goods received date.

  6. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage and loss during the return shipment back to PUSAT PERABOT
    ANIKA. Buyer must ship the product back to PUSAT PERABOT ANIKA at your own cost.

  7. The 30% of the product return actual price may be charged as administrative fee unless the product is defective or
    wrong product delivered by PUSAT PERABOT ANIKA error will be free return.

  8. Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the refund payment process.

  1. All pre-order purchase are deemed final and cannot be refund or exchange.

  2. There are no cancellation for all order for make to order or custom made product.

  3. Order of products are processed immediately upon order confirmation. Therefore, there are no cancellation on order.

I. At any time or date named by Pusat Perabot Anika for delivery is given and intended as an estimation only. We are always trying our best to fulfill the date and time as stated at your most satisfaction and convenience as our valuable customers.

    1. Upon receiving of our product, you may be required to sign for confirmation of receiving your order.
      Upon signing, you confirm that your order is received without any damages.

    2. We shall not be liable or be deemed to be in breach of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any delivery if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the following shall be regarded as causes beyond reasonable control:

      1. Act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident;

      2. war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition;

      3. acts of restrictions, regulations, by-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental parliamentary or local authority;

      4. import or export regulations or embargoes;

      5. interruption of traffic, strikes, lock-outs, other industrial actions or trade disputes;

      6. interruption of production or operation, difficulties in obtaining raw materials labour fuel parts or machinery;

      7. power failure or breakdown in machinery.

  1. Upon receiving your item, please inspect whether the packaging is in good condition. If yes, you will be require to sign off the Delivery Documents to acknowledge your good acceptance

  2. Damage Inspection: Please make sure that you inspect the packages at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, “Product Damaged” clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
